Q: What are the summer hours for the pool?
A: During the summer season, our swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Q: How much does a daily pool pass cost?
A: The daily pool pass fees are:
- Adults (18 years and up): $10.00 per person
- Children (2 - 17 years): $8.00 per person
- Infants (Birth - 2 years): Free
Q: How do I reserve a pool pass?
A: Pool passes are first come, first served. You can inquire about reserving a pool pass by calling 352-742-7676.
Walk-in reservations are welcome when available.
Q: When will I be charged for my pool pass reservation?
A: Upon making a pool pass reservation, you will be charged at the time of booking.
Q: What do I receive at check-in for my pool pass?
A: Guests will be given a waterproof wristband at check-in.
Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks to the pool area?
A: No, outside food or beverages are not permitted within the pool area.
Q: Do children need to be supervised?
A: Yes, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult aged 21 years or older at all times.
Q: Are pool towels provided by the hotel?
A: Guests are required to provide their own pool towels. Hotel towels are not provided for daily pool pass guests.
Q: Is there a lifeguard on duty?
A: Please note that you swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty at any time.

A: No, jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
Q: Can I play my own music at the pool?
A: No outside music playing is allowed within the pool area. We kindly ask that you use headphones if you wish to listen to personal audio.

A: Only individual one-person inflatables or pool noodles are permitted. Oversized inflatables designed for more than one person are not allowed.
Q: What happens if there is bad weather?
A: The pool will close during inclement weather conditions (e.g., lightning, heavy rain). Please be aware that no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related closures.
Q: What if someone is not following the rules?
A: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive behavior or violation of any rules may result in immediate expulsion from the pool area without refund. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
